Our Story
Casper’s origins can be traced back to the thick of the global financial crisis in 2008, as this coincided with the start of our careers. We look back on this chaotic and challenging start with gratitude, as it provided the perfect springboard: Over the past 15 years working across top tier institutions in the City of London, we both enjoyed fulfilling careers. We were blessed with leaders who believed in our ability and invested in our development.
Our portfolio of skills grew steadily, and our learnings benefitted the many teams and projects that we oversaw. Over time, we began to notice recurrent themes, that we were helping to solve the same underlying challenges again and again.
Both passionate believers in giving back, we were keen to extend the reach of our impact beyond just one organisation. The more people we could help through our expertise, the more meaningful it would be.
And thus with mixed emotions but unwavering conviction, we left our well-trodden career paths behind, and Casper was born.
